1月31日9时，热门日优中国气象局启动三级应急响应，热门日优陕西、山西、河北、河南、山东、湖北、江苏、安徽、江西、重庆、湖南、贵州、辽宁、吉林等省级气象局根据实际研判启动相应级别应急响应。
